the Belief Introduction of Shenzhen Kindergarten
 Shenzhen Kindergarten was established in the autumn of 1953,the first fulltime kinderga rten in Shenzhen after liberation.
   After the Shenzhen special economic zone was founded, under the concern of the City Education Bureau, 250,000
yuan was funded by the City Financial Bureau to reconstruct it into a new campus which covers 2,200 square meters, including a four-storied teaching building, an infant swimming pool, a children garden and a small
 
 
playground. The teaching building consists classrooms,infant sleeping rooms, musical rooms,PE rooms, painting rooms, medical rooms, computer rooms, a library, teaching toil rooms, offices and meeting rooms. The rational distribution and the pleasurable environment reach the requirement as green, beauty, cleanness, and childishness.
  In May of 1981,the kindergarten was the first one named "Shenzhen Model Kindergarten "by the Guangdong Education Bureau. It has been keeping implementing the party education policy, the direction of education reform and the Kindergarten's Working Rules and taking "everything is for the children" to achieve "improve children's comprehensive quality and cultivate children's interests" by teaching students according to their aptitudes. The teachers here show bold exploration and brave creation in the teaching and research activities.
  The kindergarten adjusts educating methods and uses flexible teaching forms to develop the students' intelligence and their abilities so that they can give free rein to their personalities.
  Situation here has been developed to cater for the need of the modern society by creating and utilizing the environment, gradually developing the equipment and using audio-visual education. In October of 1992, it was rewarded "the First Grade Kindergarten."
   From 1983, many leaders of the Central Education Department, the Culture Department and the Women's Federation have visited and shown valuable guidance to us. Meanwhile, we also receive the kindergartens' deputies from Japan, Austria, Tailand, Hongkong, Macow and other districts and provinces. In July, 1997, our school and Hongkong Mingwo Kindergarten became sisters. During the course of learning from each other, exchanging experience by organizing teaching activities and other related activities, all teachers have been highly developed.
